We currently accept private pay, cash, credit cards, and checks. For Medicaid coverage, please contact your case manager to see if you qualify for reimbursement.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when possible.
Do you provide door-to-door assistance?
Yes! Our drivers provide door-through-door service, helping passengers from inside their home to inside their destination. We can assist with coats, bags, and navigating stairs.
Can a family member ride along?
Absolutely! One caregiver or family member can ride along for free.
